Note: You must be an active member of the Virginia Agribusiness Council for calendar year 2024 to register at this rate.

• Reserved Tables of Eight: $1,600 each
  
  Tables may be reserved as either a) 8 Individual Tickets OR b) 6 Individual Tickets + 2 seats for a *Special Guest Table location will be assigned upon receipt of paid order.
  
  
• Individual Ticket: $200 each

Special Guests available for reserved seating include the Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, member of the General Assembly, member of the Governor’s Cabinet, a State agency director, or member of Congress, and their spouse/guest.

Banquet Registration Process:

In an effort to provide a seamless process experience for all of our guests, all ticket and table orders are placed online through the Council’s website. To place your order, please click on the Register button below. There you will find details related to the event, as well as a link to register to attend.

Note:

Priority seating for table purchases will be given to those who submit complete registration information and payment,

including the names of all attendees. Council staff will need for each attendee: the first and last name; organization attendee will be representing; and the city, town or county in which they reside. This information should be provided by December 30, 2023 so that Council staff will have adequate time to prepare attendee name badges.
